Great music for a great cause – Lou “Sonny” Marino!!

Lou (Sonny) Marino, a popular regional musician, suffered a stroke on Wednesday, January 16th. He is now in recovery at John Heinz Rehab in Wilkes Barre. His physical therapy is going well and knowing Lou’s attitude – we are sure that he will want to set the record for recovery! Until then, he still needs our help.

To aid Lou and his family, a Benefit Concert “LOU-LA-PALOOZA” is now scheduled for the Woodlands in Wilkes-Barre for Wednesday Feb 27 starting at 7:30PM with $1 drink specials from 9-11. The bands so far are Flaxy Morgan, 40lb Head, The Collective, Liquid A, The 5% and K8 plus an endless list of guest artists.

You know he is one of the very best musicians and he is a great friend and father!

Mark your calendars and tell your friends to do the same.

You will kick this in the ass, buddy. No doubt about it. Just do the work, but don’t try to do it all at once.

One day, in the not too distant future, you will hold a guitar, and your hands will do things that mine have never dared dream of.

    Peace.
